This isn’t really difficult, but I though I’d put it up here in case anybody needs it.
Ingredients: | ||
8 | Ounces | Heavy Cream |
1 | T | Superfine Sugar |
1/3 | t | Vanilla Extract |
- Chill mixing bowl and beater in freezer for 20 minutes
- Add cream to bowl and whip on low until bubbles appear. Gradually increase speed to high
- When cream starts to thicken, add sugar and vanilla
- Beat until soft peaks form
- Serve!
Makes about 2 Cups
